Return Policy
All full-price purchases (excluding the items below) are eligible to be returned within some days from when you received your order.
Due to fluctuating inventory, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend returning your eligible item for a refund and purchasing a new item to exchange it.
Returned items must arrive back to us in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, and must be returned with the original tags and in their original protective packaging. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. Returned items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us may not be refunded.
To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the order confirmation email and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been processed. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges or the return shipping costs with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
Depending on your payment method, bank companies may take anywhere from some business days for refund to post to your bank account. We recommend contacting your bank company if you feel there is an issue. If you would like to inquire about the status of your return, please provide us with the tracking number provided by your mail carrier and your order number.
Please allow up to some days to be processed for refund from receipt at our facility.
Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. An exception may be made in certain cases, please contact us for additional information.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Processing time: 2-7 days.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 
Notes
Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@havevoluntary.com.
